How do I change my user name?
Please use our contact form (pick the Fenxy questions/problems option) and submit your request. The request must be sent from the email address associated with your Fenxy account.
How do I change my email address?
Your email address can be updated in the Profile Edit area of the control panel.
Can I have more than one account?
To help prevent users from artificially inflating Clips, only one account is allowed. The Triad has multiple accounts for testing purposes (they can't be in Admin mode all the time).
How do I add/change my avatar?
You can upload your own picture to Fenxy or select one of our pre-made images to use as your avatar in the Profile Edit area of the dashboard.
Your image cannot be over 50kb or 400x400 in size. The image formats we accept are .png, .gif, and .jpg. Your image must be work safe (no nudity).
How do I report offensive avatars?
Please use our contact form (pick the Fenxy questions/problems option) and submit your request.
Submitting Clips
How do I submit content to Fenxy?
You can submit an article, video or photograph link by using this form. You must have a Fenxy account and be logged into Fenxy to submit content.
Does Fenxy accept non-English content?
No, at this time Fenxy is an English language site. Content submitted in other languages will be deleted.
I have content I want to submit but I cannot find a matching community. Can I still submit the content?
If the content you want to submit does not match any of our communities, please do not submit it. Most likely it will be buried or deleted for being off-topic.
Can I edit a Clip I submitted?
No, so check your submission twice to make sure you get it right. If you do make a mistake, send a private message to Tyme to request the Clip to be deleted.
Can I delete a Clip I submitted?
You can't but The Triad can. Please send a private message to Tyme with a link to the Clip you would like deleted.
Can I submit my own content?
We do not mind if users submit their own content. However, please be aware that abusing the option can cause Fenxy users to bury or report it as spam.
Can I submit pornography?
No. Submitting pornopgraphy will result in the content being deleted and the account immediately banned/deleted.
Can I change my vote on a clip?
No, once you vote up or down on a clip, you cannot undo your vote.
