Favorite Obscure Super-Hero?

This is a pretty straightforward question: what's your favorite super-hero, excluding all the well known ones like Superman, Batman, Wolverine, and Scooby Doo (IMHO, Scooby is a super-hero)? Why?
Mine has got to be Gambit from X-Men (some have said X-Men aren't super-heroes, but I beg to differ). He can manipulate kinetic energy, perform hypnosis, is skilled in bōjutsu (staff fighting), and can throw cards. On top of all of that, he's from Louisiana and sports a thick Cajun accent. Show me a cooler, more obscure super-hero than that.
My second choice would have to be the Green Lantern. He's not as obscure as Gambit, but he's obscure enough.

I'm a huge supporter of The Sentry. His misuse during World War Hulk and pretty much anything else he's been involved in over the past year or so is inexcusable. His mini-series however was fantastic.

@ Vidar -- I second that one wholeheartedly. Deadpool is the sweetest comic character ever, sans doute. Anyone who disagrees should read the first two Cable / Deadpool graphic novels. SO good.

As for my favorite obscure superhero...
First of all, if you really think Gambit is obscure, then Nighthawk could be considered obscure, too, so naming truly obscure ones (The Goon? The Mice Templars?) would probably be pointless. However, I'll go with Lonewolf from "Soon I Will Be Invincible".
I would have named this guy or this guy, but in this crowd they'd hardly be considered obscure.
By the way, The Green Lantern is about as obscure as Batman.
