Who in the hell is that? And no, I don't believe in Google.

Joker is a classic, the more demented the better. Childhood nostalgia dictates I go with Taskmaster.

Black Adam is Captain Marvel's nemesis.

Admittedly I didn't know this until recent times when I started getting in to DC comics. The current version of Adam is really cool. He's dictator of Kahndaq and is trying to enact justice and become "good"... but in a really evil way. He opposes all who oppose him and kills bad guys left and right... and good guys too if they try to stop him.

I also like Titano, and in the Marvel universe it's gotta be Apocalypse.

Lex Luther. The classic villain. No super powers and he still gets his best out of Superman. Who wouldn't want to be that cool?

Mr Sinister has got to be my next up for villainy...probably because I already play God with genetics anyway and he's your modern day Dr. Frankenstien.

I was never down with Lex for the simple fact no bald man should be able to take down Superman, no matter how rich he is and it only makes Superman look that much more retarded that he would let someone like Lex beat him.

Catwoman. She is sexy and evil at the same time.

Dr. Doom. The current Black Adam is really ripping him off. Doom has had his own country for years. The same sort of "good to his people, but no one else" thing. Dr. Doom has always kicked the Fantastic Four's collective ass and he looks cool too. Plus he actually willed himself back from the dead, whick is pretty badass in my book.

I was always fond of Juggernaut from X-Men, particularly his appearances in the old X-Men cartoon. There's something amazingly cool about a villain that walks up to a tank, picks it up by the turret, and smashes it through a building.
