While I don’t actually think she is psychic, a friend of mine has the uncanny ability to guess your favorite fruit. And I am not talking about plain-Jane apples, oranges or bananas. I watched her study a mutual acquaintance and figure out that his favorite fruit was kiwi, and another’s was mango. I thought my seasonally dependent preference would stump her, but she figured that out too- melons in summer and figs in fall and pomegranates all the time. She says it’s all in personality. Any thoughts or similarly odd friends/ stories?

Not psychic, but certainly observant. Maybe it's simply the ability to tie a personality to the trait of a fruit. Weird way to make a connection, I know, but the brain is a funky thing. It'll spot patterns where there are seemingly none. (Conversely, it'll assign patters where there ARE none/ That's a topic for another night, however.)her,

I wonder what there is about me that would give away I really like red, seedless grapes-but only if they are on sale? Is your friend psychic in other ways, too?

Well, I would not be suprised if she managed to guess avacado, and as for not liking any fruits at all, one person tried that on her, but then she suprised them by saying...."Tomatoes". They had forgotten that was a fruit, and yes, they loved them!
She also likes to figure out people's 'spirit animals', but this is more strictly observation. She needs to get to know you pretty well, and then figures out what animal you most reminder her of. She figured out mine (owl) without knowing about my love for them.
The kiwi guy I mentioned is a sun bear and my mango friend is a ram. Strange combos I think. That is the only other (possibly slightly) psychic thing she does that I know about.
