I don't have a photo but I'll use words. My desk at home has a magnet on the monitor that reads "A Computer is Only as Smart as the Dumbest Person Using It". Under the monitor is a light weight knick-nack of an old-fashioned typewriter.

I just redesigned the top of my desk (is that the right word?) last night because one of my speakers busted and I had to switch to my backup speakers. Not as exciting any more but I'll have to take a picture later today and upload for you guys.

In the mean time, here's a picture of my desk in college:

Lots of design and car posters, a Freedom Gundam, and a bunch of pilfered restaurant paraphernalia complete the look.

Well I have to say, that is THE cleanest College Desk I've EVER seen.

Mine was a MESS.

on my desk is

• 2 flat screen monitors
• speakers
• Nag Champa Insence Box
• Generic Aleeve
• Soda
• Hand Lotion
• Pencil Cup

I have to admit, I keep it pretty cleaned off (Most of the time) If there is a bunch of junk, I get too distracted.. and that is too easy for me to do!

This thread is great motivation to tidy up my office and show it.

Give me an hour or so.

There I've mentioned my desk at work, but I'll share the picture again.

The notables items would be a pair of rubber ducks - Ninja and a Pirate. Daily epic battles ensure.

Yeah we've had similar threads but they're mostly about the WHOLE shebang... I wanted to see what "odd" stuff people share their desks with ;)

I love my desk at work.. i have a nice big desk and 4 flat screens attached (some of us have 8 flat screens.. but im not that special yet.) Unfortunately, we change desks.. first come first serve... but it leaves it so we don't have anything 'personal' on the desks.

After using 4 monitors day in and day out.. makes me want to get 2 more at home ;) I guess thats also where I get keeping my desk at home cleaned off. I guess a clean desk IS the sign of a sick mind ;)

I don't have a photo either, but i can tell you that i wish it was supper clean and tidy but it most certainly ain't, its an absolute mess!
