I use my two Dish Network DVRs and a TiVo to record TV now, and anything I miss I can find on BitTorrent. With as little time as I have available right now, I've got a massive backlog of recorded shows to watch.

Does Joost show any broadcast television? Or are the programs on it made for Joost? Being able to access broadcast television online would be great. And if Joost can do it better than a SlingBox, I'd be willing to give it a try.

markomni: I have cable and Vista Ultimate (Media Center can record my shows) and I love it, too. I watch TV in bed. As you alluded to, there's lots of unique content. I wrote a quick review here. Can't fast forward through Joost commercials.. :(

There's definitely a button on the dashboard that looks like arrows pointing in (or out, can't remember and I'm at work). I always watch in non-full screen mode. :)
