I know this is an old Note, but I can't help myself from offering a bit of help.

• The homepage does nothing for me. Shows only one review yet when I go deeper into the archives I see you move 3 months worth of reviews. Let them shine unless you want your readers to think that the site is useless.
• Nobody is going to want to contribute to something if it doesn't seem active. Notes has been growing and growing the more active they seem. Why would anyone want to invest their time into something they don't have faith in?
• The design is actually pretty clean and I like the image header rotation. I would slow it down just a bit so the images don't rotate so quickly.
• Your "Shop" link in the header doesn't work. Just comment it out until you get the bad boy working.
• It's your forums, you should be hitting them up like crazy. Do you think Notes just magically populated themselves? Nope, the crew and I went to work before launch filling the jar so when we did launch there wasn't an empty feeling.
