I've done a bit of research and I'm really excited about this one anime called Hataraki-Man.
The show is about a 28 year old female journalist/workaholic who is trying to balance her personal life with her professional life. Sounds boring but I think it'll be really good.
The show is set to air on Fuji TV (the same TV station that ran Honey and Clover) in Japan and will run for 11 episodes.
We're starting to see these small and politically motivated shows pop up all over the place. In a way, Hataraki Man reminds me of the show R.E.C. that dealt with issues relating to the Japanese voice acting industry.
We'll have to see but I smell a sleeper hit. Okay, I've said mine. What are your Fall 2006 anime predictions?

I predict more filler in "various" long running animes.

Hooray I was correct! Hataraki Man is an awesome anime! So what are you watching? I'm fairly fond of Assate no Houkou, it's an anime that took me by surprise.

Michael: How many eps of Hataraki Man do you have? I only found 3 and wanted to make sure there weren't anymore out yet or did it get licensed already?

Now that the show's over there's a batch torrent available for download. It's one sweet show.
