Going along with the Favorite Anime thread, anyone have some new anime torrents they can link me to. Preferably stuff that isn't licensed yet so downloading them is hassle and guilt-free.
I remember first watching FMA before it was licensed and that's what got me hooked to buy the DVDs.

I believe Ergo Proxy isn't licensed yet (don't take my word for it though). Check it out.

It completely depends on what you're into. I know people who are only interested in certain genres. I highly recommend and Honey and Clover II once you're done with that.
Mushishi's not a bad series either. Oh and BTW if it seems like I'm a Honey and Clover fanatic that's because I am.

Hmmm. Depends on what you like. Plus do you want to watch something that's complete already, or still airing? I was gonna write a quick "anime this season to watch" article on my blog.
There's about 20 that just came out and I've seen just about every one. Most of 'em I can watch directly in Japanese though, so I think there's quite a few that haven't been subbed yet.

That depends. I watched Planetes way after it was done airing and I still loved it. You can always appreciate a classic anime like, Planetes. The manga's great! Since there are only five volumes you don't have to spend over a hundred bucks to finish the series.
BTW the manga kicks some serious butt.

Reviving this thread. I use anime suki, but have been a bit out of the scene for a while so I could use some new series recommendations.

[Ayu] Baccano! Eps. 1 - 13 (complete) - Bateszi recently explained why.
Dennou Coil (animesuki torrent list) - Excellent write-ups from Martin, Bateszi, Karura and Owen. It really is as good as these lot are saying.
Ghost Hound (animesuke torrent list - I recommend Genjo-Sub's releases) - New Production I.G./Shirow Masamune (remember how well GitS: SAC & 2nd GIG turned out) show, with lots of production staff from Serial Experiments Lain. I've written a few things on it that might be informative.

I really recommend KickAssAnime... Well seeded and high quality. Many are licensed but you will definitely find some great titles.
