This is a cult ad in the UK at the moment, for Cadbury's chocolate.

It's an actual person in a gorilla suit if thats what you mean by real or not. The ads gone viral in the UK and Australia and the guy who created it has done some amazing adverts you probably know already - The awesome ad with coloured bunnies hopping all over Manhattan a couple of months ago, and the ad with coloured balls bouncing down a street in San Fran with that Jose Gonzales track last year.
