And actually this should be considered statutory rape considering the guy is 19 and she is 16.

Felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile is sexual intercourse with consent between (1) someone age 19 or older and someone between age 12 and 17 or (2) someone age 17 or older and someone between age 12 and 15.

Misdemeanor carnal knowledge of a juvenile is sexual intercourse with consent between someone age 17 to 19 and someone age 15 to 17 when the difference in their ages is greater than two years.

Not to degrade and entire state... but I thought 16 y/o mothers were not that far off of the norm in Louisiana, parts of Mississippi, and Alambama.

Yeah, she's from Kentwood (which is really too close to MS to be considered LA in my opinion), and even back before Brit was a complete nutbox I suspected she was trash based on that fact. When she says "We're country," she's not lying.

I have always blamed Britney's problems on the fact that her parents have always seemed more determined to raise meal tickets than well-rounded, happy and healthy kids and this situation is no different.

I don't think you have to visit website intentionally to hear such nonsense entertainment news, it's shoved in everyone's face twenty-four hours a day on supposedly "real news sites and television channels as well. It's a headliner at the "Huffington Post" for god sake, how sad.

I don't know anything a bout the parenting of the Spears gang but obviously something was missing there, and some dysfunction took its place.
