He always looked as if he was drunk, and even played the role of a drunk in some films.</p> <p>He had multiple sclerosis, and it wasn't revealed until it got to the point that he couldn't function well. </p> <p>People with neurological disorders, etc., often look as if they are drunk, when walking, speaking, etc. And, they are on medication, which compiles the problem.</p> <p>Give the person some slack.
