The one redeeming part of the movie House OF Wax was Paris Hilton dying. Very painfully and satisyingly. :D

@Dook: I think Paris is a fine actress. I especially like her roll in that military movie where she was using night vision ;)

I respect her for sucking as much money out of total fools as she could and then when that starts to fail figuring out a way to do it again.

@dook: Nope, nothing of it, at all. :) I don't know about being a "fan," per se, but there are definitely figures I hate less than others. I don't know LiLo, JLo, PHo, JSimp, etc. and all the others "well" enough to put much of my hopes and fears into their personalities and/or careers to be a supposed fan, even if they did have a good PR campaign going...presently.

Anyway, yes that is a little of the locale jadedness speaking. ;)

I admit, though, to being asininely jealous that she gets to install an automatic tranny each on her Ferrari and McLaren--because she can also afford to not have even a tiny bit of respect for such finely-tuned, handmade cars.

@shadowsun7: You know, i'm not quite sure. Don't know that she's really scratching anything, except to say this was probably in between all the other poses she was doing throughout the night, in case someone was looking, and someone certainly always was.

I just saw a news report which confirmed that Paris Hilton will have to do the full 45 days in Los Angeles County Jail.

The report mentioned that she'll be in a special "famous person only" section of the jail and not with the general population.

If Martha Stewart can handle the joint, I think Paris will too.
I'm not putting them on the same level, but she is certainly not going to Prison Break-style jail.

@Rick: Martha Stewart is old school gangster, so she could handle it.

Paris on the other hand is a fragile flower... and will probably crack under the pressure without access to her Blackberry and nightlife... maybe she'll come out of it not so much a wild child and will clean up her act?

It will for sure give her something to write music about :)
