I finally got around to buying this album this morning. Since then I have listened to it about 10 times. It's excellent. Anyone else an Arcade Fire fan?

I've got the self-titled EP and Funeral, but I wasn't overly impressed with either, I have been eyeing Neon Bible though, is it better then those two.

I really like Neon Bible quite a bit. Actually it's my first Arcade Fire album and it's what made me love them. There are a couple songs on there that are just amazing. I'm also a big fan of large bands that feature more than one singer. You should listen to a few samples on itunes and see what you think.

I've been listening to Neon Bible for a month, maybe two now. It's amazing. I love it. :)

Neon Bible is definitely good. I especially like Keep the Car Running. I think that Funeral though was a better album. Also, Neon Bible seems more like a collection of songs that happen to be on an album, whereas Funeral feels a lot more cohesive.
If you are into Arcade Fire, make sure you don't miss this video. It rocks.

Neon Bible is one of those albums, the more you listen to it, the better it becomes.

My boyfriend hated Funeral. Loves Neon Bible. Win gets a little Springsteen-esque on the new one, not that that's a bad thing, but I think that's why he likes it. I love them both but I am more apt to pick Funeral for casual listening in the car. My outlook could be completely different after we see them live, though, because I hated the new Decemberists album until I saw most of the songs played in concert.
I love that they named the album after an obscure John Kennedy Toole book too. Major points for that.
