Yes Viva Voce are doing great. Infact they are playing the Sasquatch Festival at the end of the month . And yes Portland has the best bands....

BTW, I have a podcast that covers the Portland scene - click for podcast. It's a mixture of cool music I found locally in Portland or found on the 'net and sometimes my DJ sets as well as music I pick up touring with my band Gang of Four.
