Okay, I honestly have no idea of what to make of this. I'm not sure if they are trying to be serious or if this is a spoof and because of this I won't lean one way or another towards laughter or tears. In any case, it will at the very least make your eyes pop out of your head as you watch the Indian Michael Jackson break it down like no other.
If you have a case of the Mondays, you have now been cured.

The fact that it's uncertain whether this is a joke or not makes it even funnier. Welcome to bizarro world.

I don't think that it was a joke. :)
I'm not sure whether to laugh or gouge my eyes out. I'm half speechless and half laughing. I just...don't know what to say about that.

Maybe someone from India can help us out by telling us what it is all about. Also who the hot girl is would be a piece of knowledge that I would gladly give points for.

Nope, it's supposed to be serious. Bollywood's notorious for its crappy copies of Hollywood films. Check out the Fight Club: Members Only trailer (or wallpaper, if you're on dialup like me :). Misses the entire point of the original Hollywood version, even.
I'm Indian, not a big Bollywood fan. In my opinion, Bollywood is too conservative to make films that have the impact that Hollywood films have.
Still, I can understand why so many Indians love it. It's the center of culture and it's where we get most our music. We (i.e. Indians) don't take our films too seriously, so it's all in good fun.
