Are there any Roots fans around here? I've been listening to it almost non-stop for the last couple weeks...Phrenology is downright brilliant!

Yeah, I grabbed everything after I heard the first few tracks.
I'm listening to "Rhymes and Ammo" right now...holy shit.

Don't forget about Illadelph Halflife and Things Fall Apart! The Roots are pretty damn sweet.
I wasn't a huge fan of Phrenology but they have too many classics to where it doesn't even matter that I wasn't feeling that album.

I was never into them until they came to my school and all I had to pay was $10 to see them, I thought, "Hey, why not?" And now I love their music, and they're just as good in concert.

You also can't forget Organix.
If it ain't organic... I panic!
Who gets the grits? (Say what?) Bust it, let a

The Roots aren't bad, but I still prefer Atmosphere

Roots is hands down the best hip-hop band of all-time. Things Fall Apart goes down as one of my top 3 all-time favorite music tracks. If you want to see them really go to work though you have to see them live.

Yeah, I can't wait to get a chance to see them live, although I did get a taste with "ESSAWHAMAH!"
