@qwik3r: That site would totally walk all over you! HAHAHAHA.
But yes, a midi is NEEDED!
And if not a midi then some really cool animated gifs.

Dood. That rocks. Big rocks.
Mika. I'm loving this band.
I've been told that it's nearly impossible to rotate your arm one way and your leg the other way at the same time. I just tried it and I can't do it. Can you?
What I'm talking about is, for example, rotating your arm clockwise in front of you and your leg counter-clockwise in front of you too.
I don't know, Whoopi seems too, real world. Roseanne Barr, however, seems just fake enough for the View.
The interesting thing about mixtapes is that for me (even though they're 'illegal') they usually end with me buying more CDs by the artists on the tape I like. Josh's mixtape lead me to buy an Imogen Heap album and will soon lead to me purchasing LCD Soundsystem.
Buuuuuut, I'll just post a playlist because someday I might run for president and I don't want to miss out on ruling the country because I illegally shared files ;) .
Counting Crows: Recovering the Satellites (the whole album reminds me of high school).
Nick Drake: Pink Moon (reminds me of my college days)
The Moody Blues: Greatest Hits (reminds me of my parents when we painted my bedroom one time.)
The Allman Brothers: Jessica (reminds me of my parents.)
Rain King by Counting Crows.
Agreed. Next is the only one of the bunch I'd consider spending time on, and still, not in a theater.
That cat deserved it. He knows what he did.
@Rich: I just tried your name in my ROKR with predictive text on and it guessed right! It even went so far as to suggest "Richard" if I wanted. Weird.
I tend to agree with Tyme. To quote the Bare Naked Ladies,
"Gotta get in tune with sailor moon
Cause that cartoon has got the boom anime babes
That make me think the wrong thing"
As far as I can tell (which may not be that far at all) this indeed it part of the draw of Anime, the (pubescent) sexuality of it all.
Yeah, someone is going to lose their job.
*sheepish* I've actually never watched an entire episode of any Anime. Where would be a good place to start?
Dude, I just did it. No problem. Of course, since I'm obese and out of shape I still broke a sweat ;)
I'm definitely going. I read the reviews on several sites and I've been completely sold. I love Tarantino movies.
South Park is awesome! N_GGERS. Heh.
Never seen The Notebook. I really like How To Lose A Guy In 10 Days.
OK, opinion time. Who would you say are some of the most influential music artists of the past 25 years? Here are a few I thought of right away:
- The Beatles
- Pink Floyd
- The Ramones
- Vanilla Ice (well... maybe not)
Those are guy jokes. I laughed but my wife would be disgusted and wonder all over again why I enjoy web design ;)
Good explanation, Ozone. I agree with you.
I agree with y'all. The compilation is an album. It is usually sold in the form of a CD.
I was asking because as you may know I'm a youth pastor. One Wednesday night at youth group I used the term "album" to refer to a band's latest release. I was QUICKLY chastised by my students for using an antiquated term and was told "It's a CD, Ben. No one has albums anymore."
I'd really like to get Volkher's view on this.
This is a question for all the resident music experts. What is the correct term to use when referring to a collection of music that is usually (today) put onto a CD? Is it an album? Does my question make sense?
I have around 800 cd's and 100 mp3s.

What can I say, I get on a kick of a few bands and play them over and over.
Yeah, most (if not all) of the radio stations in the Atlanta area play mp3s.
The cool thing about those mom & pop stores is they are typically owned by folks who are absolutely passionate about their music. You can walk in there, tell them some bands you like already and that you're looking for new music. More likely than not they'll point you to something you've never heard but will love.
Interesting. I agree that the radio pretty much sucks. There's only one station I listen to in Atlanta called Dave FM. I like it because they play lots of unheard of bands.
I prefer to not just go to the music store and buy an album based on its cover art, I'm not sure if anyone does that but I prefer to listen to the band before I buy.
Some people listen to the radio to find new music, some read sites like Pitchfork or the Gothamist. Others go by their friends. My question is, how do YOU find new music?
"When magazines only number half of the pages, and a random half at that." Hear Hear!
*Sloppy thinking
I'm a guy and I love this show. If she doesn't choose McDreamy there's no justice in the world ... at all.
Now you've got me wondering about other things like hair cuts. And what about his dead skin that flakes off? Is it like, super dandruff?

You can't go wrong with Ella Fitzgerald, that's a fact. I love Jazz and would highly recommend you just go to the store and get a couple of "best of" compilations.
