I watched it for the first time last night... for about 10 minutes... which is when my eyes and ears began to bleed... at the same time. I'm not quite sure how shows like this last more than 2 episodes, but a decent show like Studio 60 can't make it through an entire season.
I understand that they tried to capitalize on the whole funny caveman commercial idea... but the commercials were funny because they lasted 30 - 60 seconds. The entire time I watched the show I couldn't figure out what was going on. Are they really cavemen but suddenly find themselves in the future? Where did they learn to talk? What's with their obsession with frozen yogurt? Are they supposed to be social outcasts? I just don't get it...
Yeah, she's interested in publishing sheet music. But if she decides to go into recorded music, I'll keep pumpaudio.com in mind. Thanks!
My wife's a musician/music teacher and has recently reduced her student load - leaving her more time to create new pieces and arrangements.
I just wanted to know if anyone in the community is an artist that has gone through the publishing process and would have any advice.
We've begun the process of looking into submitting her work to larger publishers, but with the internet killing a lot of local music stores and more and more people looking online for sheet music, we've wondered if it would be better to publish the music ourselves, or find a smaller independent music publisher.
Any advice or ideas of where to go for more information?

I totally loved it... but I think a new rule that should be implemented is "No Talking." The contestants, the gladiators, even the Hulk... no talking. It just sounds too cheesy and scripted. I don't remember the original being this scripted... even the contestants had these prepared speeches. More hitting... less talking!
